How To Do It
We took care to include everything you need for a comfortable stay: But sometimes unfamiliar things are complicated! Here you will find detailed "How To's for Tech and Amenities.
WATCHING LIVING ROOM TV •Use "Roku Remote" (Usually on Entry Table under mirror) •Home Screen Appears •Option 1 - LOCAL CHANNELS: Scroll down to "Live TV". Scroll to "Guide" to make selection. Return to "Home" screen (House Icon) to exit Live TV. •Option 2 - NETFLIX, PRIME, ETC: From "Home" screen select desired viewing icon. You may be prompted to enter your account information or scan a QR code to access via your phone. Return to "Home" screen (House Icon) to exit •ADJUST VOLUME: Toggle on right side edge of Roku Remote.
WATCHING BEDROOM TV •Turn on using "Bedroom Remote" •Wherever it might open to, click the "Back" button Twice to go to the "Home" Screen. " Home Screen Appears •Option 1 - LOCAL CHANNELS: From the "Home" Screen select "Live TV", then scroll the left menu for "Guide" to make your selection. To return to "Home" screen click "Home" (stack of squares) or "Back" button on remote. •Option 2 - NETFLIX, PRIME, ETC: From "Home" screen select desired viewing icon and continue with remote. You may be prompted to enter your account information or scan a QR code to access via your phone. Return to "Home" screen (House Icon) to exit
FIREPLACE OPERATION •Use the Switch marked "Fireplace" on the side of the wall to the right of the Television to turn fireplace on and off. •It will take a minute to start. •Please turn off the Fireplace when leaving the condo for any period of time. Thanks!
RADIANT HEAT •Use the thermostat to the left of the door from Living Room to Bedroom to turn on heat and to adjust temperature. (It warms really quickly!). Heat will radiate from the wall unit near the kitchen as well as from the register near the floor just to the right of the yellow dresser in the bedroom. (Take care not to leave items in front of the register.) •Please turn off heat whenever leaving condo for any period of time. It stays remarkably warm!
CONNECT Internet is Free and Included, You should have received login info in your guest welcome email. It is also typically posted on the work desk in bedroom.
CHARGING YOUR DEVICES Outlets and USB ports are found throughout the condo in each nightstand, the bedroom work desk, to the left of the fireplace, and behind the sofa.
SOFA BED OPERATION •Create the Foundation: Use the exposed fabric handle to PULL forward the filler mattress part of the sofa. It should stop at the perfect spot to line up and complete the mattress. Please do not force it beyond the edge of the sofa. •Next: LIFT the handle to pop up the mattress to the proper height, then FLOP down the front into place. •Use the bedding from the bedroom closet marked "Sofa Bed Bedding" to prepare your comfy bed! •To close it up, just pull up on the handle and the mattress will fall back into its frame so that you can push it back under the sofa. •If you are staying multiple days you may store the bedding under the chaise part of the sofa (the seat lifts) until the next night. •Just leave the bedding out when checking out so our team can get ready for our next guests. GUEST vs PRIVATE CABINETS •Any drawers and cabinets marked "Guest" contain items for your use and enjoyment. Please feel free to use anything in these cabinets. (Of course, leave them in the condo when finished.) •In order to be sure we always have everything on hand to replenish and clean between guests we have certain drawers and cabinets marked "Private". Please respect and don't try to open. (There's nothing fun in those - promise!) Thanks!
BRITA WATER FILTER •You'll find a Brita Water Dispenser in the Fridge to save you from buying bottled water. •It's easiest to fill when it's on the counter next to the sink. •Before filling be sure the filter is seated well into it's cavity at the top of the dispenser reservoir.
ICE MAKER •You'll find an Ice Maker in the freezer. It makes a remarkably good quantity of ice and may even have some in it when you arrive.... However .. •Be sure to push the ice tub all the way back in to it's "seat" which is required for it to continue making ice.
